Loss is not the whole story of who you are. Mourning a loss is an opportunity to grow, learn, be renewed and claim a future that transforms your grief into wholehearted living. Instead of grief becoming your identity, write a new story about who you are through having loved and lost.
Join women who have experienced a loss for this dynamic series at the Playful Soul. Using music, paints, pens and creative prompts you will have an opportunity to discern meaning from your loss as you write a memoir pieces that expresses your mourning and your hope for the future. Together we will create a safe space to share our stories and support one another.
Led by creative grief coach and professional writer Deb Buehler, class sessions will honor the losses of our lives while supporting a journey towards healing and wholeness.
